What are your day tour rates and what's included in the package?

Our basic day tour package starts at ₱1,500 per head (minimum of 10 pax) and includes pool access from 8AM to 5PM, use of cottage/gazebo, basic amenities, and parking. We also offer premium packages at ₱2,000 per head which include a lunch buffet with Filipino dishes, use of karaoke facilities, and access to our game room. Children 4-10 years old get 50% off, while kids 3 and below are free. Advance booking of at least 3 days is required to secure your preferred date.

How do I get to Aces Private Resort from Clark International Airport?

We're conveniently located just 15 minutes from Clark International Airport. Take Manuel A. Roxas Highway and turn right at Clark Freeport Zone Gate. Follow Gil Puyat Avenue for about 2 kilometers, and you'll see our resort on the right side. We can also arrange transportation from the airport for an additional fee of ₱800 per van (good for 10 pax). Just inform us of your flight details at least 24 hours in advance.

Can we bring our own food and drinks for our picnic?

Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks with a minimal corkage fee of ₱500 per group. However, cooking is only allowed in designated areas using our provided grilling stations (₱300 rental fee). For safety reasons, glass bottles and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool area. We also offer catering services if you prefer not to bring food, starting at ₱450 per head for lunch or merienda packages.

What's your cancellation and refund policy?

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. Cancellations made 7 days before your scheduled date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 3-6 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking. However, we do allow one-time rebooking within 30 days of your original date, subject to availability.

Yes! We offer various activities to make your day tour more enjoyable.
